RESOLVE Mind-Body

Support Group

Virtual Setting

Infertility can feel confusing, frustrating, and oftentimes an isolating, out of body experience. This mind-body support group offers a safe and confidential space to connect & support each other through personal issues, struggles and thoughts that encompass the infertility experience. Talking with others in support groups reduces anxiety, improves self-esteem and helps a member’s sense of overall well-being. Mind-body support includes breathing techniques, journal exercises and gentle yoga application as a way to de-stress and reconnect with yourself. Attendance is free; RSVP required.

Yoga & Cycle Syncing

3 Week Virtual Course

Learn how to fall in love with your body’s natural rhythms! This in-depth course picks up after the initial intro course by honoring the cyclical nature of hormones, along with paired yoga & nutritional offerings. A truly mindful approach for increased hormone balance and sustained energy, as it relates to the importance of the mind-body connection between your mental and reproductive health.

Yoga and TTC

Summer Sessions Saturdays 9:30am

Plan to nourish your whole mind-body system with calming breathing techniques, and guided meditations in this safe, all-levels yoga practice. Designed to support and care for those who are actively trying to conceive, either Assisted (IUI and/or IVF), or Unassisted. Receive community support in a small group and inclusive setting. Limited spacing; book to reserve your spot or arrange for a consultation prior to the start of your course.

A brief phone or video consultation allows you to ask questions and choose the right class or series for you, along with a short guided yoga & meditation experience.
