About Julie C.
As a 500-Hour RYT and yoga educator, Julie C. brings decades of teaching experience and over 5,000 classes taught spanning cities across California. A native of Sacramento, her creative background in dance, theater and performance art initially brought her to the yoga mat, and she has since helped transform thousands of students and hundreds of teachers as an experienced yoga instructor, Program Coach and Teacher Training Lead at some of the country’s top yoga programs. Her personal experience with infertility struggles and fascination with the benefits of yoga on the reproductive system ultimately led her to become the Leading Fertility Yoga Specialist in the vibrant city of Sacramento. To be in Julie’s presence is to know you are in creative, calm and caring hands.

Off the yoga mat
Off the mat, Julie is an advocate for infertility awareness and is proud to support LGBTQIA + BIPOC communities. As a RESOLVE Support Partner, she aligns with the National Infertility Association’s mission of education and empowerment of family building options. Julie is host once a month to RESOLVE Sacramento’s peer-led mind-body support group, intersecting connection and meditation with the TTC community.
Her first love and profession in the theater holds a special place in her heart ~ she enjoys playing the role of actor, choreographer, director, writer and patron when opportunities are presented. Julie also loves cooking and spending time in the garden ~ most often with her bengal & polydactyl cats in tow! She resides with her high school sweetheart in the Sacramento Valley of CA.
